Freaky Friday the 13th Workout

Freaky Friday the 13th Workout~Everything was either a rep of 13 or 26 total.

Warm up: 10 Star Jumps, then 3 Laps around the lot

Legs:

13 each side squat with raise

13 fire hydrants each leg

13 lunge each leg

run to the steps and do 26 step ups

Cardo:

13 plank jacks

13 jump squats 13 burpees

13 butt kickers

Sallys came to visit at this point!! Lower an time!

Arms:

13 scarecrows

13 bicep curls

13 tricep kickbacks

13 overhead press

Abs:

26 Russian twists

26 windshield wipers

26 penguin crunches

26 bird dogs

Sally came back again!!! Squat time!!

Cool down:

run the bridge
