An awesome supportive PAX of 11 joined us for this workout where we worked up a sweat as our heart rates went up and back down 🙂
We started our our morning with stretching and describing what we were going to do. Then we tackled the workout below. I used a Tabata Timer with 45 seconds on 15 seconds rest so I could show everyone what was next.
After we were done, we stretched and cooled down. Our inspiration today was based off a Prayer called In the Shadow of Your Wing from Prayers for Prodigals by James Banks. We talked about focusing on God our Provider, Our Supplier, The One Who Knows versus focusing on our wants and needs and uncertainty which cause anxiety. When we focus on how Awesome and Powerful God is, we come away full of hope and encouragement versus feeling weighted down and we are able to humble ourselves because He has a bigger perspective and plan versus pleading with Him to do things our way.
