Flip a Coin

Warm-up:

15 through the tunnels

15 seal claps

15 butt kickers

The Thang:

Since I don’t like to count,each exercise was for 1 min 15 seconds, I would flip a coin to find out what we would do. Both heads and tails had 9 different exercises.

Heads:

1) jump squats

2) push-ups

3) burpees

4) crunches

5) skater lunges

6) Russian twists

7) plank jacks

8) tricep kickbacks

9) monkey  humpers

Tails:

1) calf raises

2) jumping jacks

3) plank

4) jog in place

5) mountain climbers

6) bicep curls

7) flutter kicks

8) high knees

9) hello Dolly’s

Repete as needed. We got through all of the Tails and up to #5 on heads. We stretched, said the devo and closed in prayer. Strokin & Bookmark jogged the bridge for the cool down while I left  so I could make it to work on time!
