One “lucky” PAX will run a lap around the parking lot while the rest do an exercise. Will you luck out and miss the burpees when its your turn to run???
Pull one card at a time. One PAX is running a lap while the rest do the named exercise. As soon as they are back, start the next exercise and the next PAX runs. (This was approx 45-60 seconds for each exercise.) Repeat as time allows. The cards included: Left side lunge, right side lunge, crunch, reverse crunch, Carolina dry docks (pushup in pike position), sumo squat, plank shoulder taps, flutter kicks, fly, overhead press, push ups, tricep dips, plank jacks, mountain climbers, monkey humpers, calf raises, burpee, plank jacks, jumping jacks, squat jumps, donkey kicks, Russian twist, Imperial walkers, Brooke Burkes (plank shoulder taps).
Devotion: The bonds that unite family and friends are not forged for a little while, they are for eternity. They stretch across every boundary of space and time. They twine and intertwine from one generation to another, weave and interweave, priceless beyond measure. They are something to be cherished, to be fought for, to be kept intact at all cost. This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
