Fat Vino & her 55 burpees

A week from FiA will make one weak. Ok not too weak but I sure felt it this morning after being mia from all FiA AOs. Pregnancy has a way of making me lazy or more likely to give into my excuses. Luckily I have a great group of women who encourage me to keep at it!! Good thing I had signed up to lead this morning even though I didn’t remember until 10:30 last night! So that’s why I brought back the Fat Vino WOD. Holy burpees y’all! Only 55!of them! We sure did drop that sweat this morning on our mats. Hello humid and hot mornings! Below is a run down of what went down this morning. Praying these ladies who have been absent find their way back soon! We sure do miss y’all!

15 jumping jacks IC
15 high knee IC
15 seal claps IC
15 zombie kicks IC
15 imperial walkers IC

The Thang

Fat Vino WOD (thanks for inspiration Big Red)
50 squats
10 burpees
40 lunges (20 each leg)
9 burpees
30 bicep curls
8 burpees
20 push ups
7 burpees
10 tricep extensions
6 burpees
Go back up……..
10 tricep extensions
5 burpees
20 push ups
4 burpees
30 bicep curls
3 burpees
40 lunges (20 each side)
2 burpees
50 squats
1 burpee

Do first exercise for 30 seconds followed by 30 sec plank
*side kicks
*front kicks
*back kicks
*mountain climbers
*jump squats
*raggedy Ann’s
*glute bridges
*flutter kicks
Then we went around the circle calling out fave move and completing 20+ reps.
Be more than a conqueror!! You live everyday knowing you will be victorious with Christ. Don’t worry and fear the unknown as long as He is by your side.
