The Thang:
HIIT 45 sec on 15 sec rest
Plank with rows using weights or pushup with row
Figure 4’s
Jump squats
Plank with knee taps

Run to top using ramps down stairs to bottom then run up one level

Skull crushers
Side lunges R
Side lunges L
Crunchy frogs

Run to top using ramps down stairs to the bottom then up two levels

Lie flat meet in middle
Dead lifts
Jump rope

Run to top all the way down the stairs then up 3 levels

Lunge with front knee hop
Other leg
Upright row
Brooke burkes

Run to top, all the way down stairs then up 4 levels

Mountain climbers
Bridges one legged
Other side

Run to top, all the way down the stairs, then up 5 levels

Plank knee taps
Push up with spiderman on down
Chair squat
Calf raises


We changed to running up the stairs about half way through.
