A beautiful cool morning and great workout with N’Sync and NYC. We did a redux of DIY’s Q from the previous Saturday with some impromptu extras thrown in.
Warm-up: Jumping jacks, warm up squats, sexy panthers, and windmills. Run to bus loop
Arms: 12 push ups, then travel up the ramps, 12 triceps dips, travel up the ramps, then repeat (travel was a combination of bear crawls and high knees)
Legs: 60 seconds of wall sit, travel, 60 seconds of squats, travel, then repeat (travel was lunge walk)
“Take-it-easy” suicides along bus parking lines
Run remainder of loop (out to new sidewalk) back to the field.
Plank series for core work, some standing crunches. Cool down then close.
