Warm-Up:  Head Roll                                        Shoulder Roll
Torso Twist                                                         Side to Side Reach
Knee 2 Chest                                                       OH Side Reach Pulse
Ankle/Knee Pull                                                  Toy Soldiers
Through the Tunnel                                           Jumping Jacks

The Thang:  PAX or Partner(s) get 5 die, copy of chart and take turns calling out next exercise/rep.  Using chart “# Of Kind” determine Exercise.  Add up Of Kind die for Reps.

Cool Down:  Few minutes of various stretches.
Devotion:  If you can’t change the circumstances, change your attitude.  Funny thing is, when you do, you’ll find that the circumstances often change.
