5 PAX joined me for another chilly morning at #TheFarm. Thanks Sugar Cookie for this workout. I remember doing this last summer and thought the PAX at The Farm should enjoy it as well. Great job pushing through ladies! Such a fun way to kickoff our Monday.
Happy jacks – Do 5 jumping jacks in cadence then after the 5th one everyone does two jump squats. Rinse and repeat 3x.
Butt kickers from tree to tree.
High knees back to mat.
Series of decreasing ladder work. Each round had 2 exercises and you alternated between the 2 until you completed the ladder and start the next round. Exercise 1 followed a 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 pattern and exercise 2 followed a 20,18,16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2 pattern.
Round 1: Burpees & Squats
Round 2: Push Ups & Tricep Dips
Round 3: Curb Jumps & Mountain Climbers

Updown planks – 20
Plank hot lava – 10IC
