Sickness, daylight savings, Monday… Today’s workout was Low Impact Interval Training designed to just get us moving.
After a warm up we did 3 sets of 12 exercises, 45 second of work, 15 seconds of rest:
Wide stance heel touches behind the back, curls, wide stance heel touches in front, reclined bench press right arm, reclined bench press left arm, standing high knees with a squeeze and hold at the top, triceps press, skaters, Russian twists, bicycle crunches, plank to downward dog, calf raises.
The devotion was from Stormie O’Martian’s book The Power of Praying for Your Adult Children about praying for our children to grow in wisdom, discernment and revelation. We prayed for Bulldog’s cousin who had a brain aneurysm, we prayed for moms and our children.
