Curb to Curb

It was a beautiful morning for a workout.  Clear starry sky and friendly hard working FiA women ready to get their sweat on.


Squats, alt knees, butt kickers and front kick, windmills, and finished up with a half loop run.

Work out – Curb to Curb (perform the following exercises from one curb to another – approx 15 parking spaces)

  1. 180 degree squat touch down and back
  2. Traveling Toe Tappers (front) on the curb down / traveling toe tappers (across – switching lead legs halfway) back
  3. Broad Jumps (Halfway) / Froggers (Halfway) down / Run back
  4. Grapevine down and back
  5. Alt High Knee Skips down / Butt Kickers Back
  6. Bear Crawl forward (halfway) / Bear Crawl backward (halfway) down / Run back
  7. Traveling Plank down / back
  8. Crab Crawl (halfway) / Run halfway down and halfway back / Crab crawl (halfway) back


Pilates Legs- Tabletop position performed the following exercises on one leg 10 times and then switch legs:

  1. Donkey Kicks
  2. Straight Leg Lift
  3. Bent Knee Leg Lift
  4. Fire Hydrants
  5. Donkey Kick Cross Overs
  6. Large circles forward
  7. Large circles back

Abs:  1 min plank hold, 30 sec side plank hold (EA side), LBC
