6 ladies joined me this morning to sweat it out on another muggy Monday!  I was dying after a long weekend of driving and was ready to work!  So were they!!! Here’s what we accomplished:

Warm Up:

jog parking lot lap

15 imperial walkers ic

15 toy soldiers ic

10 slow burpees

10 cherry pickers ic

Set of 6 exercises. After completing these 6 exercises run a parking lot lap. We did these 6 exercises then a lap three times.


20 squat touch jumps

20 front lunges with 5 pound weights

20 burpees

20 squats with 5 pound weights

20 jumping jacks

20 crunches

then run a lap    Repeat two more times

after we finished 3 sets of these we ran across the street to the office complex to the knee wall and did:

5 step ups ic

5 tricep dips

10 step ups ic

10 tricep dips

and continued by 5s for 15 and 20 of each. Then ran back. We got in 1.6 miles! So proud of everyone! It’s still so hot and we continue to push through these workouts! Thanks for starting your week with me!
