Comet backblast: Full body circuit

I was joined by 5 ladies this morning. Here’s how our workout went down:

10IC Toy Soldiers
10 Squat Jumps
10 Push-ups
10IC Jumping Jacks
15 Squat Jumps
15 Push-ups
Run around the 1st median

The Thang: We completed the circuit 4 times
Full body circuit – 1:00 each exercise
1. weighted glute bridge
2. alternating reverse lunge to overhead press
3. squat press – hold squat and extend db straight out in front
4.DB underhand row
5. plank jack

Alternate between circuits:
-10 squat jumps, 10 push ups, lap around 1st median
– 15 squat jumps, 15 push ups, lap around 2nd median

25IC Russian Twists
25IC Scissors
25 each side Fire Hydrant
25 Weight to toes
1:00 plank
:45 left plank
:45 right plank

As always I enjoy the company at Comet. We had good mumble chatter this morning and we completed our squat jump/push-up challenge. Not a bad way to start Wednesday morning.
