What a GORGEOUS morning at Churchill Downs!
We were small but MIGHTY today.
Warm up –
Walk, then go faster for one lap
The Thang –
30 second sprint, one minute walk until you’re ready to jog X 6
One minute sprint, one minute walk until you’re ready to jog X 4
HILL SPRINTS X 4
On paper, it seems easy. The reality – we covered almost two and a half miles, climbed the equivalent of eight floors and burned over 300 calories.
This was also a great workout NO MATTER where you are on your fitness journey. Everyone goes at their own pace and it’s a judgment free zone!
Thanks ladies for showing up! I have a feeling we’ll have more company as the weather warms up. We’ll continue to invite the ladies to work with us!
