3 of us came out for a Burning Body Workout!
Warm up: 15 arm circles forward/back in cadance, jog the lot
We will do 4 sets of 3 different exercises which will have either 100, 50 or 25 reps at our own pace, we will do whatever exercise/movement/rest we choose while the rest of us finish, then we will jog the lot and move on to the next set.
100 high knees
50 deep squats with weights
50 bicep curls
100 penguin crunches
50 standing leg raises with weights/each leg
25 tricep kickbacks
100 calf raises
50 mt climbers
25 plank up downs
50 lunges each leg
25 lateral raises
We didn’t get to set #4 but we finished all of set #3.
