#FoxTrot met up on a muggy, humid Saturday morning for a great workout! It was my first time Q-ing! It was AWESOME! We had 12Pax!
We started with a warm-up then did an Indian Run giving a shout out to our favorite ice cream flavors!
We did 3 sets of 5 exercises 20 Reps each; ran a lap in between each set. Repeat. After we finished our sets we each grabbed a stick or two from the bag-0-Abs and punished our Abs for about 15 minutes. Then we did a cool down/stretch. We circled up for the COT and prayed over our week and our families. It was a beautiful morning!!
