WOW what a great group we had out this morning… braving the cold and the burpees 🙂
Here’s how it went down:
Run to the Target deck and find a partner while one person runs to the top of the stairs, over and down, the other person does burpees. Rinse and repeat with the other partner running. Repeat with left leg forward lunges then right leg forward lunges.
Run to Captain Jack and split the group again to run around the ramps of the greenway and back again with skiier squat/arm circle combo then sumo squat with a overhead press. Rinsing and repeating for each partner.
Mosey to the base of Elizabeth, one group runs while the other does left leg dead lifts and repeats. We were running out of time so we all did the right leg together.
On our way back we were able to sneak in some reverse flys at the stop light just to round it all out.
HUGE shout out to Saffron and Gouda for making it out at two very exhausting stages of life. Return to work after a baby- especially the 2nd is exhausting but we’re so happy to have you back Saffron. And Gouda WOW! Babybel is so lucky to have such a dedicated and strong Mom.
