Y’all missed out if you weren’t at AG this morning! 8 ladies joined me for a tabata style workout with some running mixed in! Here’s what we did:
Warm up- Jumping jacks, toy soldiers, cherry pickers, and arm circles
Headed over to the lighted area by the track where we started our tabatas:
4 min- 20 sec on, 10 sec rest, alternating 2 exercises:
burpees/ mountain climbers
run around track
Indian run around track
tricep dips/monkey humpers
high knees, side shuffle, and butt kickers around track
last Indian run around track
Carolina dry docks/ lunges
Finished up with some Russian twists and then COT.
