Accumulation Station

After originally waking up at 1:30am convinced I had missed the workout, I showed up early to #portside this morning and was excited to see 5 PAX roll in for my VQ (and birthday Q!)


Warm Up:

25 Jumping Jacks

25 Toy Soldiers

25 Arm Circles


The Thang: An accumulation workout with 10 rounds. We started with 10 reps of an exercise, and then each round added on a new exercise, ending with 10 exercises, 10 reps each. We started with 10 LBCs, then did 10 LBCs + 10 Glute Bridges, and so on. The last round looked like this:

10 LBCs

10 Glute Bridges

10 Bicep Curls

10 Bobby Hurleys

10 Tricep Dips

10 American Hammers

10 Pushups

10 Lunges (5 on each leg)

10 Shoulder Taps

10 Inchworm Pushups

In between each round, PAX ran to the end of the parking lot and back, then planked until everyone got back.


We ended with about ten minutes left, so did a little Abs Potpourri! Sticking with the 25 theme, we did:

25 Crunchy Frogs

25 Scissor Kicks

25 Heels to Heaven

25 Oblique-Side-Reaching Crunches

25 Mountain Climbers

25 Raggedy Anns on each side
