We started off our Monday with all the arms and abs. Here’s how it went.

The usual warm up

-10 JJ IC

-10 toy soldiers

-10 arm circles forward and backward oyo

The Thang

Mosey to pull up bars

Pull ups

Mosey back to black top

(this was just for fun!)

Kettle bell swings 25

Overhead claps 15

Bicep curls 25

Tricep extensions 25

Decline push-ups 25

Outer bicep curls 25

Weighted Front raises 15

Chest flies 25

Skull crushers 25

Run a lap around the parking lot

Flutter kicks 25

Scissor kicks 25

Hollow man Hold 1 minute

Superwoman lifts 25

Superwoman hold 45 seconds

Leg lifts 25

Oblique crunches 25 each side

Heels to heaven 25

Crunches 25

American hammers 25

We repeated a couple of the other exercises to make it to 45 minutes.
