We enjoyed some awesome weather for early September in South Carolina this Thursday night at The Corner. We moved around and tried some new stuff. Every Pax was participating. It’s so awesome to see ladies push themselves and achieve what they couldn’t the day before. It was a hodge podge of moves unlike the usual themed workouts I enjoy. Here’s the juicy…

Warm Up:
10 IC Jumping Jacks
5 push ups
10 IC Imperial Walkers
5 push ups
10 IC Arm Circles (front & back)
5 push ups
10 Crockpot Squats

The Thang:
We hung around the shelter for a few and utilized the picnic tables. We started with…
10 push ups
15 leg raises (on top of picnic table w/legs falling below top then back up)
20 tricep dips
25 booty bench top taps aka squats
Run around the shelter
Rinse, reverse
10 booty bench top taps
15 tricep dips
20 leg raises
25 push ups
Run around shelter again

Grabbed our stuff and moseyed to ball court
Started with
10 mountain climbers
20 alternating side kicks
30 second inverse plank
1 min wall sit with bicep curls

10 plank jacka
20 front kicks
30 butt kicks
1 min wall sit or boobs to the wall (very impressed with the ladies who finally tried this)

10 peter parkers
20 calf raises
30 second plank
1 min wall sit or boobs to the wall 30 jumping jacks
1 min wall sit/boobs to the wall

10 frog burpees
20 high knees
30 sec plank
1 min wall sit/bttw

We then lined the wall and did the following moves back and forth at least once if not twice. Pax participated in shouting out moves.
Lt Dans
Bunny Hop
High Knees
Bear Crawls
Crab Walk
Side Shuffle x 2

Ran back to shelter to circle up for moves on the mats
20 donkey kicks (each leg for 40 total)
15 sit ups
20 fire hydrants (each leg 40 total)
25 flutters
30 crunches
20 reverse crunches

Stretched during devo
