As I was putting together today’s workout I thought it would be fun to do as many of my favorite exercises and routines as possible in an hour. So, that is what I did! 🙂
Warm Up –
The Thang –
We ran to the Community Center and used a side area of the parking lot for a Triple Nickel.
Then we ran to the big field for Escalating Four Corners, which I muffed and had to modify! 🙂 Oh! Then we bear crawled up the hill after completing the corners….
We moved to a different part of the big field to partner up for Dora.
Then we ran back to the Senior Center for abs, Namorama and COT.
Thank you to the ladies who took time out of their day to come exercise with me! As I mentioned this morning, patience is one of the virtues that has always alluded me. It is something I have had to work on my entire life and it became even more important for me to work on after I had children. I am not patient with myself or with others, but I continue to work on it every day. My challenge for you this week is to find that one thing about yourself that you want to improve and work on it. Our goal every day should be to improve ourselves and how we feel about ourselves.
Oh! I mentioned some news this morning and I will share it here. On June 23rd, I will be the Q and I will be doing a Q School afterwards. I would like to invite anyone that would like to learn how to Q and anyone that has previously done a Q to stay for the Q School. I will print out copies of the FiA lexicon (exercises and jargon) and get the names of the FiAs that want to Q in the future so their IDs can be updated on FiA Nation. Let me know if you have any questions.
