10 PAX joined me on this ever so cold morning at #TOT. Since the temps were so low this morning, I grabbed a workout that keeps you moving the entire time. I saw some layers coming off, so we all were working hard. Welcome FNG Stephanie (The Boss)! Great morning with you all!
Jumping jacks – 15IC
High knees – 15IC
Butt kickers – 15IC
Arm presses – 15IC
21- burpees 21- jumping lunges 21- push-ups 30-mountain climbers (dc) run (we ran to the stop sign at the end of the block and back)
(called an audible at this point to shorten our run so we could fit the rest of the workout in)
When finished, 15 fire hydrants each side, 15 donkey kicks each side until everyone was finished.
