We hadn’t done the 12 Days of Christmas so far in our region this year so we just had to do it twice!

We did a quick warm up of toy soldiers and maybe some other exercises, this is what happens when you don’t write your backblast right away. Anyways..

The Thang

12 Days of Christmas – Leg/Cardio Style
1 – Run down and back
2 – Burpees
3 – Jump Squats
4 – Alternating Lunges
5 – Sumo Squats
6 – Tuck Jumps
7 – Jump Jacks
8 – Calf Raises
9 – Donkey Kicks (each side)
10 – Glute Bridge Raises
11 – Plank Jacks
12 – Mountain Climbers

12 Days of Christmas – Arms/Ab Style

1- 1 minute plank (for time’s sake, we alternated with a 30 sec plank)
2 – Pushups
3 – Supermans
4 – Bicep Curls
5 – Tricep Extensions
6 – Leg Raises
7 – Side Plank Dips (each side)
8 – Shoulder Presses
9 – Bent Over Rows
10 – Chest Press
11 – American Hammers
12 – V-ups
