Bri had her VQ on Monday!! She brought a tough workout and did a wonderful job leading us! She may not have been comfortable being on that side of the morning workout, but you couldn’t tell one bit. We had record numbers, including an FNG (for the winter-ish months — 9!) on this morning which made it even more spectacular 🙂

50 push ups – partner sprint up hill to sewer drain
100 x and o’s – backwards run up to sewer drain
150 squats/sumo squats – side shuffle up to sewer drain
Each person calls a ab exercise.
Sandbox – prayers that her thyroid issues get sorted out and a plan of action can be implemented. Praise that she is not sick or hurting right now! Time for V2V training to amp up!!
Mounds – praise that she is no longer sick! Also time to V2V training to amp up as well 😉
