Warm Up Game
-Call out Left, Right, Up, Down, Back or Forward instructing ladies on what to do. Left, Right, Back and Forward indicate directions the should run or shuffle and Up means tuck jump and Down means a squat.
This is an escalating workout. Start with low reps and increase. After each set they complete a short job. If anyone makes it to 25 they go back down.
