  • Side twists
  • Side reach
  • Knee to chest
  • Foot to booty

Tabata Time (repeat each set of 4 exercises twice):

  • Hillbillies
  • Toy soldiers
  • Sumo squat side crunch
  • Chair sit with twist

 

  • Calf raises
  • Carrie squat lunges
  • Squat with leg lift twist
  • Side lunges

 

  • Plank hip roll
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Spidermans
  • Butt ups

 

  • Side leg raises
  • Fire hydrants
  • Donkey kicks
  • Burpees

*Once finishes we all together did some more full on burpees with the push-up to prove to ourselves that we can do it!

Cooldown:

  • Vsplit stretch
  • Butterfly
  • Sitting side twist
  • Downward dog (with “walking out heels”)
  • Cobra
  • Standing toe reach
  • Arm stretches
  • Shoulder roll

Let’s fight the typical Monday blues. You can do anything. You got up to workout instead of pillow fluffling and you did burpees! Don’t underestimate yourself or the ability to make today the day to conquer something.
