Three pax joined me Wednesday morning at the Salt Block benches!
This workout is adapted from Charlotte Metro!
- 10 cherry pickers IC
- 10 jumping jacks
- 1 lap around the library loop
- PART ONE: 10 box jumps on the bench / 10 decline push-ups / 10 step-ups per leg (with crunch). Run up stairs and around. Repeat for total of 4 times.
- Hold plank until everyone catches up
- AB BREAK: 30 bicycles, 30 vertical toe touches. 30 reverse crunches.
- PART TWO: Run to the library. 10 donkey kicks per leg / 15 tricep dips / 15 squats / 10 donkey kick pulses (ic). Repeat then run the rest of the library loop and meet near the benches. Plank until everyone catches up
- AB BREAK: 30 Russian twists. 20 side crunches per side. 30 ankle biters. scissor crunches
- Finished with: 30 fire hydrants each side, 30 donkey kicks each side. 30 side-lying clam exercise each side
