You definitely missed today’s workout! I gave out some of my special stash of Santa’s milk (Aka homemade baileys) to my PAX!! You missed out! And we earned it, we pushed each other to lift up to 20lbs for some of our strength exercises. We started off with a quick quarter mile jog and immediately started our workout. We had 3 sets of tripods with a cardio exercise in between. The idea is to go through ea tripod twice and end up with another quarter mile jog.

c. Bosu Ball Chest Press (25 ea. this rotates the tripod)
10 6 POINT BURPEE (2 PUSHUPS, 2 EXPLOSIVE PLANKS AND TWO KNEE TUCKS… THIS IS ONE)

a. Ball Push Up (10 ea this rotates tripod)
b. Single leg burpee
c. Jumping jack with 20lb arm raise
10 HALF BURPEE LUNGES 1:1
3. All about the strength
a. Tricep Dips (20 ea this rotates the tripod)
b. Reverse Flies
c. Dead lift wide row
10 HALF BURPEE – KNEE TUCK
