Two Pax joined me on a cold morning. We warmed up quickly and the layers began to come off. I might not have been fully awake as I tried to say we would be working our glutes which came out boots.
Warm up – jog down to the pond
50/40/30/20/10 – Squats
Lap in between each set – lap included lunge to second light pole from steps then run the remaining
