Work, Rest, Work, Rest…

It was so amazing to feel the temperature Wednesday morning!  We’ve been layering for so many weeks that it was a breath of fresh air to have some mild temperatures and wind!  Here’s what we did-

Warm Up-

Windmills 10 IC

Hip circles- 10 each leg, 5 forward and 5 backwards

1 minute jog in place

 

The Thang-

For each exercise, we did 30 seconds of work, then 20 seconds of rest before moving on to the next one on the list.  Our goal was 6 rounds, but we were only able to complete 5 before time was up.

Jumping jacks

Shoulder shrugs with weights

Weighted squats

Hammer curls

Chest press with legs at 90 degrees

Glute bridges with feet propped up on weights

Ab selection- rotated between plank, mountain climbers, sit ups, penguin crunches
