In honor of  Women’s Month, this is a multi-tasking workout.  Alternate every exercise.

Warm up:  Wind Mills, Arm Circles, Torso Twists, Cotton Pickers, High Knees,

Work out: Tabata (Work 50 secs –Rest 10 secs)

  1. Half Burpee / Plyo Lunge
  2. Rosalita / Double D
  3. Push Up / Skull Crusher
  4. Squat Jumps / Toe Touches
  5. Plank Jack / Mountain Climber

 

  1. Squat & bicep curl / Calf Raise & Shoulder press (w/weights)
  2. Crunch / Sit Up
  3. Plank Up Down / Elbow plank with Knee dip
  4. Standing Fly / Front Row (w/weights)
  5. Jumping Jacks / In&Out Squats
