Partner exercises… tabata style! We did 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off, 8 rounds… SO, 6 minutes per exercise!! One minute break after each set… HOWEVER, 5 burpees were required at the beginning of the minute of rest. You are welcome!! 😂

Partner Squat Kicks
Partner Wall Sit/Dips: switch each round
Partner Punch/lunge: switch each round
Partner Plank Taps
Partner Crab Kick/Squat: switch each round
Partner Weight Over/Under
Partner Side Plank Above and Below: 4 left side plank, 4 right side plank

Run one lap to cool down.
