Station 2: 10 burpees, 20 jump squats, 30 superwomen, 40 rotational push ups; run lap

Station 3: 10 tuck jumps, 20 single leg dead lifts, 30 tricep dips, 25 shoulder bridges; run lap

Station 4: 10 plank to push ups, 20 second (count 1 mississippi…) chair sit, 30 choose your push up, 40 russian twists
