Who’s ready to practice our ABC’s?

7 PAX came out to Battlefield to practice our ABC’s. Thought it would be a good pick since most kids were going back to school the next day after being out for Hurricane Florence!

Warm up: 15 windmills, 15 jumping jacks

The Thang: Each letter represented a different exercise. I asked the Pax to call out words that reminded them of Fall. Here’s what we came up with:

  1. Pumpkin
  2. October
  3. Apples
  4. Wreath
  5. Candy
  6. Halloween
  7. Sweaters

We ran the loop twice to get our heartrate pumping!

Then we did a Pyramid:

10 Raggedy Ann’s

20 Mountain climbers

30 knee hops (Growler had us doing this new exercise)

40 Tricep dips

50 hallelujah’s

50 hallelujah’s

Mary: 20 leg raises, 20 v-sits (holy abs!) especially with all of the LBC’s we had done earlier 🙂

Reminders: Saturday’s workout at WB Park is starting at 7am (instead of 8am) – just for this Saturday. F3 and FiA will join together again to do community service as we have the past 2 Saturdays.

Native put out a poll on Slack as to whether the FiA Social should be on October 11th or 18th- waiting for feedback. Will post what date is decided.
