with all the rain, the bugs are out in full force – so we have to move even faster!

warmup:  1 min high knees followed by arm circles

 

The Thang:

2 Sets of exercises, with each exercise performed with weights for 1 minute – and each set repeated 3 times.

 

Set 1:

Squat to overhead press

upright row

bicep curl

plank- straight arm kickback

fly

russian twists

repeat 3x

 

15 burpees

 

Set 2:

Side lunge

bent over row

calf raises

overhead reach

side bends

sumo squats

repeat 3x
