Where’s Jazzy?!

So after we all saw a picture of a piece of cheesecake that had to be pretty much the size of her head, we thought for sure that Jazzy would be there this morning!  We sure did miss her!!

Here is what went down in her absence! (much love Jazzy!!)

Warm Up:
Windshield Wipers, Fire Hydrants, Jog in Place, Butt Kickers, Lunges, Squats and a Zombie Walk have way down the parking lot and back.

Round 1 of Running Drills (for 10 mins)
1. Butt Kickers
2. Side Shuffle
3. Running Backwards
4. High Knees
5. 10 burpees
(repeat as much as you can, each drill was done to the end of the parking lot and back)

5 mins of Arms (1 min each): plank up/downs, plank shoulder taps, arm raises, robots and night clubs

Round 2 of Running Drills (for 10 mins)
1. Jog
2. Grapevine
3. Hamstring Extensions
4. Slow Skipping
5. 5 burpees
(repeat as much as you can, each drill was done to the end of the parking lot and back)

5 mins of Abs (1 min each): LBC’s, back scratchers, full sit ups, leg raises and a plank

Great job ladies!  Thanks for showing up when it was just 18 degrees outside!!
