Today was a fabulous workout! It was great seeing Coach K adn we had an FNG, Kasia. We named her Fury as she looooves the ride! There was a pre-run with myself, Mosey, and Robot as well.
Rd 1: 20 lunge with a twist, 40 crunches, 60 squats, 80 donkey kicks, 100 jumping jacks
Rd 2: 20 push ups, 40 homer/marge, 60 second plank, 80 ouerhead press with light weights, 100 mountain climbers
Rd 3: 20 low country crab boil, 40, upright row with weight, 60 alternating reverse lunge, 80 hello Dolly, 100 butt kickers
We ended the day with a rotisserie chicken at 30 seconds per side.
