Wet Hands… Change Of Plans

After a quick warm up we did the Stairway to Heaven alternating between lunges and bear crawls up the hill.  Realizing the ground was a little too wet and bear crawls on wet grass isn’t fun at all.  I changed up the work out from the soccer field to the parking lot.

10 push ups – Run to half field – 10 push ups – run to full field

10 squats – sprint to half field – 10 squats – run to full field

10 sit ups – high knees to half field – 10 sit ups – high knees to full field

20 tricep dips – high knees to half field – 20 tricep dips – high knees to full field

20 mountain climbers – side skip to half field – 20 mountain climbers – side skip to full field

20 Russian twists – side skip to half field – 20 Russian twists – side skip to full field

20 plank punches – run to half field – 20 plank jacks – run to full field

20 plank shoulder taps – run to half field – 20 plank Peter Parkers – run to full field

 

we were able to do this twice!

It was a nice cool morning! Always thankful to spend my mornings with you all.
