We’re 20 on the inside – right?

When I put this workout together, 20 got stuck in my head – so that’s what we went with.  As M said, we all feel like 20 on the inside right?!  Except Sharkette, she’s 13, and not allowed to be 20 yet 🙂

Warm up

 

The Thang –

Round 1: Run to ampitheater (1/4 of circle around soccer field)

20 steps ups (make sure to switch starting leg at 10)

Grab a partner – one partner does 20 tricep dips and is the counter.  Partner does balls to the wall until tricep dips are done. Switch.

 

Round 2: Run to parking lot (1/4 of circle around soccer field)

20 squats

Grab a new partner – 20 plank high fives, 20 around the world legs with partner

 

Round 3: Run to fence (1/4 of circle around soccer field)

20 forward lunges (20 each side)

20 push-ups with feet on fence

Grab a new partner – 20 bicycles with feet touching

 

Round 4: Run back towards shelter (1/4 of circle around soccer field)

20 back lunges (20 each side)

20 plank jacks

Grab a new partner – 20 partner throws legs

 

Round 5: Final run to tennis courts

20 squats

Grab a partner – one partner does 20 pushups as timer, while other partner does balls to the wall

Repeat partner abs, switching partners with each exercise:  plank high fives, bicycles, rotate legs, throwing legs
