I don’t know about you, but I know that these nats contain vauleable protein I am sure. SO between redirecting the kids and the dog we enjoyed sweating out every last bit of water in our bodies!!

Warm Up
Jumping Jacks x 20
Imperial Walkers x 15c
Through the tunnels x 15c

exercises – Run a Lap – Repeat 2 Times
1. Tricep dips with leg in the air – 30 each side (meant to only do 15) Ha!
2. Squat Jumps – 30
Run a Lap
Repeat
3. Squats to knees with front kicks – 15 each leg
4. Squats to Knees with back kicks – 15 each leg
Run a Lap
Repeat
5. Speed skaters with a touch too the ground – 30 each leg
6. Dead Lifts with leg in the air – 30 each leg
Run a Lap
Repeat
Push to the Line:
Bear Crawl to the short line
10 push ups
Jog back
Bear Crawl to the middle line
20 push ups
Jog Back
Bear Crawl to the farthest line
30 push ups
Jog Back
