Weights for the Win Backblast

Welcome back, Icy Hot! This morning’s Weights for the Win workout was tough, but the weather was perfect. We did three sets of weighted exercises and repeated each set twice with a lap in between to keep the heart rate up!

Run one lap.

SET ONE (40 seconds of work, 10 second rest)

alternating straight leg V-ups

V-up figure 8’s

plank with front raise

V-sit around the world

Russian twists

hand plank dumbbell slide

REPEAT SET ONE

Run one lap.

SET TWO (40 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest)

dumbbell runs

jabs

V-sit lateral raises

single leg lateral fly

side lunge curls

bent over T’s and V’s

REPEAT SET TWO

Run one lap.

SET THREE (40 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest)

squat press and twist

toe raises and shin stretch

dumbbell leg lifts

yoga chair sit with halo

reverse lunge press

curtsy lunge side kick raise

REPEAT SET THREE

STRETCH
