Run up one level and back down

Round 1: 6 minutes
Run to wall and back
30 Mountain climbers
10 push ups
10 squats
10 high knees
Repeat until time is called
90 seconds rest at the end

Round 2: 6 minutes
20 lunges
20 tricep dips
20 plank leg raises
Repeat until time is called
90 seconds rest at the end

Round 3: 6 minutes
Run to wall and back
40 Mountain climbers
20 push ups
20 squats
20 high knees
Repeat until time is called
90 seconds rest at the end

Round 4: 6 minutes
20 hip raises (10 right leg lift, 10 left leg lift)
20 Peter Parkers (no push up)
20 crockpot squats (down 3 up 1)
Repeat until time is called
90 seconds rest at the end

Round 5: 6 minutes
Run to wall and back
50 Mountain climbers
30 push ups
30 squats
30 high knees
Repeat until time is called
