We had TWO FNGs with us today!!!!! It was a beautifuil day for a workout today!!!
Warm ups: Ran a parking lot lap, cotton pickers, arm circles, jumping jacks
The Thang was a Tabata Thang! Each exercise was 50 seconds with 8 seconds inbetweek and 45 seconds between each round. We ended with the 30 squata for our squat challenge.
Round 1 – Squat Jumps, Dumb bell bent over row, V ups, Alternating reverse lunges, Donkey kicks – both legs, Bicycles, Jumping Jacks
Round 2 – Glute bridge, Side dumbbell raises, Skaters, Sumo squat with dumbbell curl, Homer / marge, Brooke Burkes, High Knees
Round 3 – Mountain Climbers, Rocking the boat, Plank jacks, Pile squat with calf raise, Standing fly with weight, Left knee Up, Right knee up
Round 4 – Push up, Russian twist, High plank with alternating glute kick, Tricep kick back, Monkey humpers, High plank to low plank. Kriss cross jacks
