What an awesome turnout for an early 5:15am workout. We had 19 PAX ready to sweat it out with some cardio and strength work.
We warmed up with 25 jumping jacks and 25 squats in cadence. Then we took it to the mat and did 25 push ups on our own to get out arms loosened up and ready for the work ahead.
20 mountain climbers // 20 leg lifts // 20 shoulder push ups // 20 tricep dips // 20 half burpees // 20 in-out squats jumps // 20 toe touches // 20 thread the needle
Once done with this set of exercises each person began to run stadium runs until everyone was complete.
Then we grabbed a sip of water and shook out out our legs with a couple of stretches and did it all again!!
We finished up with some killer squat work. We followed a pattern of 20 second squats/10 second squat jumps for a set of 2 minutes, 1.5 minutes, 1 minute, and .5 minutes! **OUCH**
Then for some stretching, COT, and Namarama to finish it out.
