It was cold one at Stampede yesterday! We kept moving and managed to stay warm and even pull off some layers. Let’s just say it was so cold that Slinky’s outfit rivaled Sweatshop’s typical winter wear!! Gold stars to Slinky and Universal for coming out and not making me brave the cold alone!
Up and down the stairs a couple of times trying to decide whether or not we wanted to workout on the same level at Camp Gladiator or deal with the wind at the top. Ultimately, we decided to stay away from both and settled on level 2.
5 burpees/ 10 squats
4 burpees/ 15 squats
3 burpees/ 20 squats
2 burpees/ 25 squats
1 burpee/ 30 squats
10 to 1 reverse ladder (start with 10 per side of each exercise, then 9 of each, then 8, etc)
Oblique mountain climbers
Back up the burpee ladder (start at 1 burpee/ 30 squats and work backwards this time)
We had about 2 minutes left, so we did one more lap of stairs and then called it a day.
