14 Pax came out in the cold in this morning to Vixen Den. Even though the temperature was 19 degrees we found a way to stay warm and welcomed a FNG- Dinglehopper who gave me the name of this workout.
Warm Up- Lap around the parking lot, Windmills, Arm Circles, and Jumping Jacks
Split up into 4 groups and complete 4 stations X 2.
Station 1- Cardio: 30 Jump Rope, 30 Mountain Climbers, 30 Jumping Jacks, 30 Plank Jacks, Skip a lap then move to station 2.
Station 2- Arms: 30 Bicep Curls, 30 Lateral Raises, 30 Tricep Dips, 30 Chest Press, Cherry Pick a lap then move to station 3.
Station 3- Legs: 30 Squats, 30 Jane Fondas, 30 Donkey Kicks, 30 Fire Hydrants, Run a lap then move to station 4.
Station 4- Abs: 30 Russian Twists, 30 Flutter Kicks, 30 Crunches, and 30 Big Girl Sit-ups, Sprint a lap then move to station 1.

2 Corinthians 12:15 “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” We all get moments of feeling overwhelmed and being stretched thin. We must remember that God only gives us what we can handle and we need to trust in God to help us get through tough times.
