Wacky Wednesday Stations

  • When: 06/13/2018
  • Q: Crab Cakes
  • Pax: Salty, Twizzler, Stang, Summit, Kickback, Stiletto, Peak, Switchback, Pineapple, CrabCakes, Shotgun (FNG Kayla), Magnolia (FNG Hollie)

Warmup:

  • Armcircles
  • Head rolls
  • Windmills
  • Side stretch
  • Knee to chest
  • Foot to butt

The Workout:
PAX spread out among the stations starting with one exercise for 30 seconds. When the timer goes off, PAX will move to the next station. Repeat until all exercise have been done once. Time allowed for 2 total station rounds.

Station 1 (with picnic table):

  1. Split Squats (one side)
  2. Split Squats (other side)
  3. Tricep Dips

Station 2 (with picnic table):

  1. Split Lunges (one side)
  2. Split Lunges (other side)
  3. Push-ups

Station 3 (with mat):

  1. Diamond Pushups
  2. Lateral Plank Walk
  3. Inchworms/Burpees

Station 4 (with mat):

  1. Russian Twists
  2. Sit-Ups
  3. Leg Lifts

Then we did some of our “Jiggle Free June” challenge

  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Lunges
  • 20 Bridges
  • 20 Donkey Kicks
  • 20 Leg Deadlifts

Cooldown:

  • Split leg stretch
  • Calf stretch
  • Side stretch
  • Arm across chest stretch
  • Tricep stretch
