Toy Soldiers

Side Lunges

Run Small Loop


 In an Up Ladder, the first exercise remains constant and the second increases by 2 each round. Complete as many rounds in 7 minutes as possible. Rest 1 minute between each.


Up Ladder 1

10 Jumping Jacks

Up Ladder by 2’s- Squat and Press


Up Ladder 2

5 Burpees w/o Push Ups

Up Ladder by 2’s Push Ups


Up Ladder 3

10 High Knees or Butt Kickers (double)

Up Ladder by 2’s Reverse Lunge with Bicep Curl


Up Ladder 4

10 Russian Twists (double)

Weighted Crunch


1 Minute Wall Sit
