Run Small Loop
In an Up Ladder, the first exercise remains constant and the second increases by 2 each round. Complete as many rounds in 7 minutes as possible. Rest 1 minute between each.

5 Burpees w/o Push Ups

10 High Knees or Butt Kickers (double)
