We put a deck of UNO cards at the benches near the circle.
Each person ran to pick up a card
As the person was running we did exercises with weights.
Yellow – Jumping Jacks
Blue – Push-ups
Skips – Crunches
Draw 2 – Burpees
Reverse – Lunges
Wild – Pacs choice
Each exercise we did for a minute.
We closed with nameoroma & prayer.
